Yangtze River International Youth Hostel Information and Description

YangtzeRiver International Youth Hostel is situated on the banks of the Yangtze River, ideally in the most historical and central area of Chongqing , close to the Chaotianmen Wharf, the gateway for boats departing for the Three Gorges, 10minutes' walk to Liberation monument,the center of business.It is very easy to take cable car,lighttrack and ferry and within a walking distance to all major attractions（Three Gorges Museum,Hongya Cave,LuoHan Temple,YangtzeRiver etc.）and interesting spots of C...(see more)hongqing, with a super transport network at your door.There is a bus station,5 minutes' walk to hostel, where you can take bus to bus station,train station,airport and any other downtown easily.There are many big or small supermarkets and wholesale market,it is much convenient for shopping. The hotel was rebuilt in the style of Chinese ancient royal dynasty and lies in downtown Chongqing.There are two entrances ,one is on 1F,the other 5F.We have a café and a bar, where you can enjoy the view of the Yangtze River, the beautifully illuminated Chongqing landscape. we invite our fellow travellers to relax in our music lounge, enjoy a film in the DVD room, or read our books and surf our mega-fast internet in the reading lounge. Our facilities include 5 Bathrooms with 5 hot showers 24 hours a day. 4 common rooms (dinning room, Music lounge, DVD area, reading lounge), and guest kitchen.The suites are decorated in different styles, including: "Bamboo" (sanctum style), "Movie" (movie style), "Fume" (southeast- Asia style), "Fancy" (modern concept). Near the hostel are also very many places worth a visit, for example one of the biggest clothing markets of China, or you can take a trip across the river with one of the calbe-cars, or take a ride in Chongqing's mono-trail.
