The height of this mountain is 2000m. There are still snow covered trees though

I often enjoy short trips enjoying hot spa. I visited two fancy ryokans recently in Yamagata, which was so relaxing...!
A ryokan is a type of traditional Japanese inn dating from the Edo period (1603–1868), when they served travelers along Japan's highways. They typically feature tatami-matted rooms, communal baths, and other public areas where visitors may wear yukata and talk with the owner.
I visited relatively modern ones this time!

Zao is a famous place to sightseeing of snow covered trees in Japan.
These trees seem to put on a coat.
We enjoy both alpine skiing and cross country skiing here.
