Good, central location. I had heard and read mixed reports about this place but was quite happy with my stay there and may use it again. 1200 INR per night (about 21 euro) for double room (with common bathroom but this was just across the hall), includes breakfast and dinner, though neither were great. Renovation work going on around the place so some noise but room was quiet.

There is a swimming pool in the place but it costs 200 rupees and it is seemingly used more as a sports facility with serious swimmers doing lengths. There is nowhere to sit or lie out - it is not really a leisure facility.

Internet available in hostel for 60 INR (about one euro) an hour.

for the single traveller, i found a great homestay in Delhi. It was great for me as I was travelling for the first time to Delhi and got to learn a great deal about the culture in India delhihomestay.com
