BEST FRO YO IN THE BAY Aug 14, 2008
As always i am craving for aome "fro yo". my cousin, lee(askmrlee) know of a place near his house.
there is of course sugar free flavors, 2 as a matter of fact. it is called WOW COW. it is only 9 calories per ounce. fat free, no dairy, sugar free, and kosher. i know it sounds unappetizing. you can't even tell it's sugar free. the flavors of the week are very berry and chocolate peanut nut. of course i got chocolate peanut butter. they also had sugar free hot fudge. all there ice cream are handmade daily. the fruit toppings are fresh and seasonal. it is always packed with people. i ordered a chocolate peanut butter WOW COW with sugar free hot fudge and oreo cookie bits. OMG of of the best "fro yo" i will miss this. erin got chocolate peanut butter wow cow with carmel and cookie dough. that was a yummy mix. my cousin lee, ordered a more healthy mix, very berry wow cow with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
