First destination: Schönbrunn Palace: Architect Johann Bernhard Fischer von Erlach designed this palace. The Emporer Franz Josef I of Austria was born in Schönbrunn in the 19th century. He spent his life there and died (1916) also in the Schönbrunn Palace in his sleeping room. Thailand-Festival day 4

Wien, Austria

I enjoyed this Thailand-Festival with my mother and a few friends.We had a lot of fun ... we enjoyed also thai-beer (chang + singha) and of course delicous thai food and thai dessert :-) yummy :-)I think the Festival is really a great thing - not only for thai people living in Austria, also for austrian people who are interested in Thailand!And I can tell you: a lot of people here are interested in Thailand :-)I hope I can join this Thailand-Festival every year!

The 2008 UEFA European Football Championship 2008 took place in Austria and Switzerland. I live in Vienna, that's why I took some pictures from viennese buildings in the centre of vienna during the EURO 2008.
