What makes it so superior?  I live on Lake Michigan and, quite frankly, I think Lake Michigan is the best!  At least the water gets warm enough to swim in...  :)  After visiting the Tahquamenon Falls, we headed 10 miles north up a very winding path right on Lake Superior (and with no guard rails) to the northern coast of the Upper Peninsula.  This place is known as Whitefish Point, and has a shipwreck museum (some 6000 ships have gone down in the Great Lakes!), a ligh...
