Whirpool Rapids of the Niagara River Apr 26, 2010
The White Water Walk is located opp 10000 Buddhas Temple in Naiagara, Ontario. This is a view point to see the Whirpool Rapids of the Niagara River. An elevator, old historical one with handle operation, will take the visitors down to a walk path. By taking the walk path we can reach the observation points to see the rapids in the flow of white water.

If you are visiting the Niagara falls, Canada first time, purchasing combination ticket to see all 4 attractions operated by Niagara parks, Journey behind the falls, Niagara Fury, White water walk and Maid of the Mist in the table rock center near to the falls is recommended.

The Niagara Gorge up close and personal Aug 17, 2005
The White Water Walk is an observation terrace that runs alongside the Whirpool Rapis of the Niagara River. The rapids are Class 6 at this point.

To get to the walkway, visitors take an elevator 230 ft. (70 m) down into the cliff and then walk another 240 ft. (73 m) out to the river. You can observe the rapids and standing waves as the river enters a narrow portion of the gorge between the falls and the bend in the river at the Whirlpool. You're down in the Great Gorge at this point and can see the strata and rock outcroppings of the gorge, too.

The White Water Walk is operated by Niagara Parks. Tickets can be purchased individually or as part of a combination pass.
