White Inn Pattaya Reviews
Pattaya Hotel that serves its purpose Jan 05, 2011
To summarize, Pattaya's White Inn Hotel strictly serves its purpose as a Hotel with ideal location beside many tourist attractions along the Walking District of the city. White Inn simply exists to provide an area of rest for visitors for an affordable 600 Baht ($21 USD) per night, thus making its value worth while.
The key word to White Inn, along with the other hotels within Walking Street, is location. All attractions, shops, bars, night clubs, and restaurants are advertised outside the front entrance. Hotel rooms are stylish and immaculate with core amenities such as the included cable television and wifi. Being a simple hotel, there are no available swimming pools, fitness areas, not enclosed bars/restaurants. (Tourists wouldn't exactly visit this hotel for these particular reasons). One interesting aspect to note about the rooms is the interesting setup in the bathroom, where the shower nozzle is located almost directly over the toilet seat and the sink. Guests may need to exercise discretion when they shower. There are no lock boxes available in the room, so guests would need to ensure proper security of their valuables outside the hotel.
As with other hotels along Walking Street, booking an available room can be challenging due to the frequency of visitors. Guests may be considered lucky if they are able to book rooms in this establishment for two consecutive nights. The front desk clerks are affluent enough in the English language enough to provide quality customer service. They also exercise good business karma in recommending other hotels if their own establishment cannot provide an available room.
Overall, the White Inn is a recommended area of stay for visitors who arrive with the right expectations.
