Where the nightlife isn't
Where the nightlife isn't Reviews
Apr 19, 2006Even though it’s a small island, there’s a decent amount of things to do in Singapore at night, from catching a movie in a mall to going to club hopping along the recently renovated Clark’s Quay. There are also plenty of straight up bars, but that said, some bars are better than others. This is especially true of Muddy Murphy’s on Orchard Road, known to people who live in Singapore as “The white people bar.” Trust me, you didn’t come halfway around the world to get drunk on Guinness with sunburned, middle-aged holiday-ers from Australia. Even the Hard Rock Café across the street has more local culture. |
