Westport, Washington is on the south end of Grays Harbor just two hours from Seattle. Historically famous for its fishing charters, it is becoming known for its great beaches and water activities. An 18-hole links golf course is currently under construction.

Local activities include beachcombing, surfing, cycling, and walking along a 2.5 mile concrete trail along the ocean front. Fishing, crabbing, and clamming can be done off the fisherman’s boardwalk in the Marina for the price of a license or on one of many local charter boats.

Additionally, visitors can rent paddle boats or pedicabs, visit the local Maritime Museum, and climb to the top of Washington’s tallest lighthouse.

Dining options vary wildly from fast food to family dining to fine dining with high end wine lists. Lodging is also available for everyone from campers (RV and tent) to budget motels to luxury oceanfront condominiums.
