Overall, we had a good very good experience. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We were a bit disappointed when we arrived back to our hotel room late at night and were locked out of our room for our second night (even though we booked the room for that night) and the receptionist said it was because we were checked out. At first, we were afraid they removed our luggage from our rooms. Fortunately, it was all a misunderstanding and everything was in place in our room - even though it hadn't been serviced that day. The next morning, we complained to the manager and they were very apologetic and gave us a complimentary night!
Despite our little mishap, I highly recommend this hotel if you don't mind splurging on accomodations. |
