Driving in to the Westin the first thing I saw was that self-parking was not available, this meant valet parking for the time frame I was going to be here. Not a problem! But, to not have the option was a little intimidating. How much was it going to be, what about all the other stuff in the car that I didn't need in the room - was it going to be safe? Well...yes it was safe and everyone at the Westin was great! From the valet guy on the first day, to the doorman, to the young lady at reception it was a very warm greeting in this "chilly" city!
