Wenceslas Square, Prague, Czech Republic
Wenceslas Square Prague Reviews
More beautiful buildings Apr 01, 2010
Wenceslas Square is located just outside the Old Town of Prague, but the buildings at this square, and the adjacent Vaclavske Namesti street are just as spectacular. There’s the beautiful Hotel Europe, the detailed illustrated Wiehlhouse, the Monument for St. Wenceslas and finally The National Museum. If you haven’t had enough of Prague’s classical architecture yet, visiting the Museum would be recommended. Don’t go inside for the exhibits, they’re nothing special. It’s the building that really counts.
Make sure you don’t forget to take a look at the State Opera (left of the National Museum) and Jungmannovo square (just of Vaclavske Namesti street) with the stunning Adria Palace.
