The weekend market is amazing! We went there all bleery eyed after quite a heavy night, but we still had a great time. Haggle on everything and have a banana smoothie at one of the stalls, they are the best.

weekend market. The weekend market was so big, there is just no way to grasp what the size is because you are only able to see what is in front of you. I would guess the market is the size of 3 football fields. So, after… What a night! |

Get to weekend market which is everything people say it is namely: HUGE and packed with every sort of nick Nack available. Eva and I had emptied our daypacks back in the airport and quickly refilled them once we got to the market. Pottery, gifts for the nieces… End-of-trip-denial |

I have to save my money cause I still have three weeks and the night market in Sala Daing, the weekend market at Mon Chit and whatever may lie in Northern Thailand. So this MBK place is like a nice and climate controlled flea market, but cheaper and WAY more bargaining. I got nearly half off of EVERYTHING I bought… Pics are Up! |
