Watanabe Family Gardens Indianapolis Reviews
Orchids bloom in white at the Watanabe Family Gardens May 07, 2011
The Watanabe Family Garden was perhaps the best place to be while I waited for my fellow Travbuddies to show up. After about half an hour of waiting inside the Indiana State Museum, I went out and walked over to the gardens which lie between the State Museum and the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art. A plate of iron embossed with information honoring the Watanabe family as well as the kinds of plants included in the garden.
The garden has plants you would normally find in native prairie land covered with grasslands and herbs. The garden was a gift by the Watanabe family.
