We went to Washington to attend the annual meeting and lobby of the Parkinson Action Network and the first World Conference on Parkinson's Disease

The DC zoo was a very nice zoo with free admission (however $12.00 to park...yikes!). The zoo had an impressive panda habitat, both indoors and outside. It was a rather large zoo, alot of walking...but well worth the trip. We ate in the Lion Cafe right near the entrance of the zoo (The MANE Cafe). Enjoy the Pics!

Week leading up to (and including) New Year's 2005. We had more than three feet -THREE FEET!!- of fresh snow before the week's end. Talk about timing. It was a fantastic vacation.
