Waroeng nDeso - Purwokerto

This is a new established restaurant, the decoration is interesting since they placed the dining rooms in several separate sections, joined by parks in the middle. Served a standard restaurant food, such as bbq/fried guramy (fresh water fish), tumis kangkung (watercress) and soyabean cakes.

I went there for lunch, and missed the nice night lights that people were talking about this place.

1/2 kg of deep fried, covered with chili guramy costs ~ 4USD

deep fried catfish costs ~ 1USD

watercress stir fried ~ 1.5USD

Ice lemon tea ~ 0.4USD

PS: The name of "Waroeng nDeso" means: village small restaurant
