OK, so I admit to being a compulsive hair cutter. I get bored and change my hair. Which is what happened our second day in Lima when I wandered by a sign that advertised haircuts for $4. I ended up with a MULLET WITH WINGS before I had him just chop it all off in shame. The moral of this story is don't get your hair cut at a dirt cheap salon by a dude that you can't communicate with.
