Waltham, MA is a suburb of Boston approximately 30 minutes away by car or commuter rail. The city is home to two universities, Bentley and Brandeis but is not your typical college town as the universities are mostly self contained.
The city centre has a busy high street with many shops and businesses, a commuter rail into Boston and the Charles River. Moody Street is on the Charles and has bars and restaurants frequented by the locals.
