Wall House Restaurant

Wall House is a great place to eat when in St. Barts. Franc, the chef is so nice that when I gushed over one of his recipes (which was an amazing gnocchi made from pastry dough) he emailed me the recipe the same day! (there's no way I can even begin to try to duplicate it!)

Everyone there is very friendly, great service, and very delicious food... like everywhere else in St. Barts, it's not cheap... it's fine dining and worth stopping by when you're there.
