Waimanalo Vacation Guide
Waimanalo is located in Honolulu County, O'ahu, Hawaii, 9 miles east of the city of Honolulu, 9.5 miles from Waikiki Beach.
The a population just over 3000, this is a village of mostly commuters. Waimanalo Beach is located here with stunning turquoise waters, trade winds cooling the white sand, and virtually no tourists. With waters crystal clear, this location has amazing views with no crowds.
Located on the newest part of the island, southern roads along the coast feature lava rock cliffs, and dramatic waves that crash ashore. Nearby is Hanauma Bay, one of the best locations on O'ahu to snorkel in shallow, but interesting waters.
This beach has also been featured in the TV series, LOST.
