Not as good as expected. Nov 14, 2009
The room was larger than expected but overall not as good as expected. The bathroom had a see through wall/door, so not a lot of privacy as you can imagine (depends who you are staying with, could work for or against you). The shower did not drain properly the first two days but was finally fixed on the third day when the cleaning lady saw the water on the floor-which was not thoroughly cleaned. Extremely modern with a fantastic entrance a few steps from Times Square.

Swanky and Central but not the Best Jul 05, 2009
The location couldn't be better however the hallways are completely dark and the rooms are tiny...there were chips in the walls and they don't offer free wi-fi but I guess that's just nyc. The loung bar is the nicest part of the hotel but I've stayed elsewhere and just went by there for a drink. I'd stay somewhere cheaper and save money for shopping.

Great place to stay, Price was a little high for my taste but you get what you pay for, this was the creme de la creme. really enjoyed the stay, probably will not be back due to cost for the room. other than that A+.
