Overall, I like this hotel, and I stay here often; however, their sense of "style over substance" makes me a bit chafed. To wit:

We had our party in Hotel W Silicon Valley. It was a very nice experience until it came the final billing issue.

W Hotels are normally associated with hot areas in hip cities. The W Silicon Valley is located in Newark - not a hip city and technically not even Silicon Valley. But it's pure W style all the way.
