This joint is the TOPS. I stayed here with a couple of friends looking to party in Downtown and we had a blast. The bars are rowdy, and I like that at my hotel. The Beach on the roof is maybe the third tightest spot on a roof in town. The service was good, and we ordered room service and that was killer. If you want to spend some dough and have a good time this is your place.
