Café in Terminal 1 at the Warsaw Airport Feb 27, 2009
Voyage Cafés is a chain with cafés around Warsaw. This is about their café at the Warsaw airport.
I got to the airport too early and decided to stop here for something to eat. This is a good place to stop for a coffee or snack at the Warsaw airport. It’s in Terminal 1, on the left side of the terminal close to the exterior. I recommend it because (aside from the things they serve) this part of the airport seems to be less busy - especially since Terminal 2 opened - and the places by the gates, after you pass through the security check are usually more crowded. The prices here (9 PLN for a Cappuccino, for example) are similar to those in the city center. My coffee was very good as was the cake I ordered. The cake was something called Miodownik – made with nuts and honey – really tasty! They also have different pre-made sandwiches, juices, soft drinks, etc. I’ve also tried the almond croissants here and they are usually really good too. Part of the ROME travel blog |

At the moment we're in Warsaw's Chopin airport having a coffee and cake at Voyage Café in terminal 1. I usually come here if I have too much time at the airport because normally it's not too crowded.
Check-in, security, boarding - it's all the same as usual - maybe it's the time of the year, but nothing… Another adventure! |
