Wicked experience - a bit of a tourist trap but worth it nonetheless! We organised it through our hostel for $23,000 pesos each, or you can book for $30,000 pesos which will include a lunch.
Takes about 2hrs to get to the actual volcano and then you have about 30mins to bathe, and optional massage. You then wash off in the lake. Note that there are very pushy women there who try to wash you off (and can be really forceful and embarrassing because they don´t seem to care to put your bikini half off you). Be stern and tell them no. There is also someone there taking photos and movies on your cameras - all for a small tip. We paid them $2,000 pesos. The tour also included taking us to a secluded beach where we had lunch and a swim before returning at about 3pm.
