Vlissingen Overview

Vlissingen is an old dutch city that lies in the province sealand. It is the biggest city of sealand, and lies directly to the sea. Once it was a very much used port, now it is still operational, but not as big as Rotterdam. There is still a school for sailing.

The most interesting thing about Vlissingen is it's boulevard. It stratches along the beach, and has many places to eat and drink. If it is a clear day, you can see the shores of England from there. At the end of the Boulevard is a Windorgel. It makes many sounds as the wind blows. A very good place to let the wind around you.

Vlissingen is very buisy in summer, and quiet in the winter. Languages spoken are dutch, english by most, and german by even more. Many german visit this town in their summer holidays
