Down home, Southern cookin' located in the Brentwood area. Open for breakfast, closes for an hour, the reopens for the lunch and dinner crowds. Seems to be a popular restaurant during the week, especially those wanting to go somewhere for a quick lunch during their meal break. I ordered one of the specials: Mountain Chicken (aka-grilled chicken on a bed of rice covered with sauteed onions, musrooms and cheddar.) 2 sides came with the meal. I chose macaroni and cheese (good!) and fried corn nuggets(not so good). The chicken was excellent and the cornbread was good as well. Apparently it's considered a pretty popular place, as you can see from the celebrity autographs hanging on the walls. Try it if you are craving some good ole' comfort food.
