Vista Serena Quepos Reviews
The name sais it all, Vista Serena, what a view Feb 23, 2010
This Hostel is great for the relaxed traveler. The view from the main deck is just stunning. It overlooks the sea and the sunsets are just phonomenal. The owners are a pair of very relaxed, laid back american brothers. They are happy to help you with all inquiries about things to do in Quepos, which inclused the Manuel Antonio National Park and some really great beaches. Surfing is a favourite pasttime at the beaches. The Hostel has seperate rooms and shared rooms with up to 12 bunk beds. The beds are ok and clean. Hot water was not available in the shower, but who needs it when it is that warm outside.
The hostel has a fully equiped internet cafe but also has free wireless internet in the main house.
In september at low season we paid 9$ a night, including a light breakfast.
To get there, go to the main bus station in Quepos (which is easy to find, and everyone knows where it is) Take a bus that sais "Manuel Antonio" on it. Then look for the Vista Serena Sign on the right of the road. Push the stop button and exit at the next bus station (there is a pharmacy right behind it)
Then walk the one minute back to the Hostel.
A hostel with great athmosphere, a helpful staff and a spectacular view. Pura Vida
