Excellent value. A bit noisy, as is typical.. I would recommend ear plugs. Also, room size is not atypical of this class of European hotel. But great decor in rooms and lobby (very "W" like, in that the decor caters to 20- and 30-somethings). Amazing location (near to museums and old parts of Madrid, and to Metro). Emjoy a cup of tea or a cocktail in lobby. Huge, but very expensive, breakfast. Seems to be popular among young Spanish-business people -- which is a nice crowd for a tourist. Would stay again if the rates remain competitive.
