Vilnius has the largest old town in Europe. The soviets did not destroy it so the restoration hs been much easier. We stayed in an apt in the old town. The walking is very pleasant. Going up and down all the little streets is fun.

Living in Europe for a few years and traveling around whenever I can.

I have divided Europe into 3 parts to be manageable to visit all of its countries and see the at least the main cathedrals, museums, and antiquities. This trip included, Russia, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Luxembourg. I attended the ballet with Laura Bush and an opera with the Queen of Denmark. Neither one knew I was there. It took about 4 weeks and a lot of driving. Hope you enjoy the pictures, which I shall edit as I have time.
