Great green space May 01, 2011
Although this serves as one of the city's most tranquil parks these days, the sight used to serve as the residence of the Fascist dictator Mussolini last century. There is little reminder of this nowadays though, as I could only think about how nice the grounds were for Romans. There is plenty of green grass for sit around and daydream. Kids, adults, the elderly - all were there. There are spaces for kids to play ball games and nice walk paths too. The trees are very impressive too, and are typical of Italy and the palms are very reminiscent of Spain! This is a great space for a hot afternoon when you're too tired to do any more sightseeing.
