The Gardens of Villa Cimbrone, A Step Closer to Infinity Apr 17, 2014
I visited the gardens of Villa Cimbrone in Ravello in April 2013. They are gorgeously placed around a cliff and are full of colorful flowers and trees giving some parts of it the feel of a forest. The highlight of the gardens is the Terrace of infinity and its small balcony which allows sweeping views of the surroundings and the sea beneath. The gardens are also filled with a variety of sculptures, the highlights being that of Mercury and Eve which is placed in a grotto. The Villa itself is also very beautiful but the gardens are the reason to visit, and are more than worth the 7 Euro entry ticket.
