Ilocos Sur
Vigan is inscribed in the UNESCO World List of Heritage Cities.
I just cannot miss this one so after giving a training in Cagayan Valley on Culture of Peace, my friends and I traveled by bus for 9 hours just to visit Vigan - was worth it.

It is always a pleasure to return home & to go back to my roots. There are so many unforgettable sights in the Philippines. Pagudpud, Vigan, and Bohol were hot on my list during this trip. Vigan is a Unesco World Heritage site.

It's the second day of our field trip and finally we'll be able to tour our first main destination which was Vigan. It was a great start because we were greeted by the good, sunny weather...
