An amazing trip. I highly recommend people to travel to Vietnam. Great place to visit and the people are very generous and not very pushy. If you like coffee, they have their own, great food too.

Everyone who has been to Saigon would recommend the Ben Tanh Market. All prices of goods are up for haggling. We found some nice lacquer pictures, hand-embroidered pictures and handbags, souvenir t-shirts, Vinamit dried fruits, blue mountain coffee and jasmine flower tea after 3 hours of shopping! it's my second home♪

Visiting Vietnam and Cambodia for the upteenth time, I decided to invite a few friends with me. This was their first visit to both countries and hopefully it will not be the last.

I have been to Vietnam two times. My most recent was during 29 April - 5 May 2006 (2 days in Hanoi, 1 day in Halong Bay, 2 days in Hue & 3 days in Hoi An) I'll to upload some photos from my Vietnam trip asap 'cause now I'm extremely lazy lol ;P

Well I am about to embark on a trip which is the first of its kind for me, I am taking time out from the UK to go and discover countries I have never visited before. I'l be starting in Oz, Perth-Sydney-Cairnes-Brisbain, the to NZ, Christchurch-Auckland, Fiji, Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia. To keep track of my travels keep logged on!

On this tour of south east Asia we spent about ten days in Vietnam.We were in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Long Bay and Nha Trang.

It was the first time in Vietnam. I went to to help my aunt runnig Thai Products Exhibition in Hanoi, so traveled at the same time.

Vietnam. This was without question the best trip of my life. Vietnam has everything, and in the best possible ways. Fantastic food, rivers, oceans, bays, mountains, forests, a rich history, the craziest driving on the planet, and all at the lowest prices. Then of course is the people: An amazing and resilient race with a lot to be proud of - especially the women, who pretty much run the country!

i've finally managed to escape the oh-so-fascinating world of hedge fund finance, and am now decadently indulging my long-suppressed wanderlust with 15 months on the road and around the world... *note: apart from the odd review (generally of something not found in your standard guide book), this is really more just a map of my travels than a proper blog, but if you want more information on anywhere i`ve been or what i`ve been up to, send me a message and i`ll see if i can rustle something up.
