Nice but terrible service. Sep 28, 2009 Value: Location: Cleanliness: Amenities: Bed: Bathroom & Shower: Service: This place was a nice stay until the cleaning lady found a couple of cigarette butts in the trash can inside a powerade bottle with the cap off. these were from when we went to the beach. she decided to alert the house manager (if you want to call him that), and he decided to charge us $75 for smoking in the room. I called him up to find out why we had a extra charge on our card and we ended up getting into a verbal fight. how incredibly unprofessional. i tried to be very nice about it, but he insisted that we were smoking in the room and the room stunk of cigarette smoke. the room did not smell of any such thing. hes just a tired old queen, who needs to get his head out of his rearend. beware dont stay here bad service small rooms
