 Via Sete and the new Chimichurri Mar 16, 2009
My stay abroad made me long for a good barbecue. Down in Rio there are a lot of very good options. They really know how to cook meat. However, I’m from Chile and when you’re from Chile you want the chimichurri. I’m sorry, but the tomato with green and red pepper sauce cannot compare to the flavor of good roasted meat with chimichurri. Well, while down at this restaurant I had an amazing dish. I had a tender lamb dish with chimichurri sauce, and it was bliss.
