Via Del Corso is the busiest shopping street in Rome. Start your walk on the south west at Piazza Venezia and head north to Piazza Del Popolo. The stores seem to get progressively more expensive as you head north, but there are some good deals to be found. My favorite store along this stretch is the Zara, which sells decently priced, but still somewhat fashionable clothing. The most expensive shops are along Via Del Condotti, which is a cross street leading to the Spanish Steps. Even if you aren't disgustingly rich, it's fun to walk down this street and wonder who would pay 3,000 euro for a metallic green, Gucci themed ski outfit...
