Facts: I will first write really carefully, I will only write this once and only once so if you miss it it is your fault. I will write everything in English so the most of you will understand it and to the others of you I will say: no…recommended a place called “Cafe louvre” by anyone on CS. Should be an ok place with nice prices and good breakfast. Address was Narondi, it is a street with a lot of Shoppe’s and cafes in the way between my hostel and the old part… Almost 4 days in Prague

This was my second adventure to the great city of Prague, and my buddies first.  I figured the first weekend in Europe might turn into a bit of a drunkfest so why not enjoy Pivos for C$0.35!!!  We stayed at what I think is a pretty decent …recommend you try to look at when the holidays are in the UK to avoid peak periods like we did.   Overall the night life was pretty amazing, you just need to try to avoid the various stag parties.   I would not recommend doing… Prague - Let the gong show begin...

So, after spending the night sleeping on the floor in Stansted airport, reaching Prague was a bit of a relief!  The places we were to visit on this trip were completely new to both of us, so trying to understand Czech and getting our head ro…recommend - for first time hostel-goers like ourselves, it was a wonderful way to start the experience!  We ended up in a 3 bed room, sharing with an American named Justin, who was really cool and easy to get along with - like I said… New Town

We covered serious ground today, all on foot. Yes, Prague offers public transportation options such as a tramline and a metro, but you could miss something that way! We walked, walked, walked. Excellent, but tiring too. Our first mission was …recommended by Fodors -- is located. It was a long way and we got a good look at the Old City on the way, as we traversed wee streets and major ones to find this funky vegetarian café. We entered the restaurant through a heavy curtain… The castle tour that nearly turned into a pub crawl.

    Today was another purposeful day alone.  It rained.     I walked through the town center to the Charles Bridge to cross some things off my to-do list. This city looks SOOO different in the rain. I almost th…recommendation to prospective Prague visitors. Quite informative. Interactive. Refreshingly full of written English. Inspired me to write, in general (what else is new...). He wrote a lot about one’s location being suffocating and oppressive, which is something I feel strongly about.     Then… Bagel Shop, Petrin Hill, Carmen... a really incredible day
