Velkommen Inn

Very good location nearby the the boat ferry to Siem reap. Also very close to the busstation, walkdistance. Very nice after a 7 hous busride. Very nice Norway owner with his wife which are very helpfull with suggestions what to do and to see. Good meal and clean room. Be awared there are some ladysbars in the street but that's not a problem at all.

Well as with most touristy things in SE Asia, it is owned and run by foreigners. I think the name of this place actually gave it away though ;)

There is not much to complain about this place. It is quite nice. Its in a nice location and the staff and management were quite pleasant and helpful. It is on the expensive side of guesthouses in PP though. But that is more than made up in the location.

Our room had a safe and all the amenities you would expect from a decent guesthouse. ie TV, bar fridge, ensuite bathroom, aircon.

One thing to note is that the staircase is pretty steep with narrow steps. So you really have to look where you are stepping.

They serve meals downstairs near the bar, although I never ate there I heard it was quite nice. Not sure if there have a very traditional menu though.
