This morning Kevin and I left at around 9am for a drive up to Las Vegas to watch the FIBA America Basketball tournament. The weather here at home was going to be a scorching 105 degrees and was probably going to be the same up in Vegas. I still had my little rental car from the recent car accident that I was in so I figured that I would put some miles on this car. We stayed for 4 days is a beautiful resort; The Pearl at Pacific Harbour. The only problem was that the owner didn't like Fijians, only the fijian dollar! So everything in the resort was more 'australian' than fijian. When I go to another country, i like to experience the culture; from food to music. Today was Minh’s last day in town. He had to be at the
airport at 8:30pm, so better start the day early. I managed to reorganize my
schedule, so I’d be able to meet him before noon and I succeeded, hehe. I met
Minh at 11am. Our plan was going to downtown. He has already been there, but
just at night and driven by a bus, so he couldn’t take as many pictures as he
