I was ill & wheatgrass kept me going (thanks to jug o juice). Beautiful scenery, shame about all the property development and industry. Up in the mountains away from the sprawl it is stunning, the mountains are breathtaking and the wildlife is incredible. Must also say, breakfasts were New York style and therefore obviously scrummy delicious feasts. Hotel - Le Soleil was fantastic, beautiful suites at affordable prices, highly recommended.

Post-trip: Filling in this blog seems far too overwhelming... maybe Tom and I will sit down one day, and just go for it... one of these days... haha
