Vancouver Canucks Game
Vancouver Canucks Game Reviews

Going to a Canucks game while in Vancouver is necessary in my opinion. The hard thing about it is finding tickets! The price of tickets is outrageous in my opinion and they sell out very fast. The Canucks have sold out GM Place for 4 straight seasons I believe. But once your in, the experience is great. I love so many things about going to the games; cheering for a great hit, yelling 'LOU' when Roberto makes a great save, watching the crowd go crazy when we score.
I would say not much is more Canadian than having a beer while watching the game. And as with most live sporting events, the final score doesn't really impact the experience of being there. Yeah, its great when the home team wins, but its not the end of the world if they don't. Sitting there with over 16,000 other people watching the game is what its all about. The Canucks mascot, Fin the Killer Whale, provides a ton of entertainment and the 50/50 jackpot is always pretty high. Its always a good time when some drunk guy attempts to start the wave. If you can find a way to get tickets for a game, DO IT, its an unforgettable experience if you've never been to a hockey game. I look forward to every time I get to go(which isn't that often as tickets cost an arm and a leg!)

So, it was settled- I would go to Vancouver for 2 weeks and pretend like I had never… Vancouver, BC |
