There was a nice Cafe / Restaurant across the street from the place I was staying on Hartenstraat.

The decor on the inside was very nice. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be working there and were very polite. They greeted me in Dutch rather than English, and took my order in Dutch. Gerookte zalm, rucola, mierikswortel op de wit brood. (Smoked Salmon, Horseradish Sause, arugula, on white bread.)

Heel lekker.
