A very good restaurant in the center of Valencia that you can eat quite cheaply. For around 20€ you can have a good lunch or supper. HIgly recommended.

Small little sandwiches costing 1 Euro each (as of 2007, they are now 1.20 Euro), 100 different combinations of what to put in your sandwich (montadito)...comes with chips! You can be full with just 3 Euro. Add 1 more Euro and get a beer!
