V Zatisi Prague Reviews
5 star meal - 5 star service - 3 1/2 star price in the heart of Prague Nov 24, 2008
I happened upon this gem by fantastic accient. It's a must eat in Prague!
The food style is really interesting. It has flavors of many different cuisines (French, German, Italian, Asian, & some Czech, as well).
The atmosphere is warm modern and intimate. The staff if friendly and eager to help you make the choices for an utterly unforgettable meal and evening.
They have a fantastic wine selection with wonderful selections of local wineries.
I had as a starter:
chilled cucumber - mint soup
As a second:
warm crispy goat cheese served with vanilla and cinnamon flavored pear relish and pomegranate syrup
As a main:
Pine nuts, ricotta cheese and spinach filled ravioli, fresh tomato, thyme and truffle sauce
Traditional Chocolate Mousse Zátiší with homemade vanilla sauce
Every bite was heavenly. It was made even better by the other option that I chose. For each course of your meal you get a wine paring. The price for it was extremely reasonable and made for an extremely special experience.
You must not miss this tastebud amusement park. Make a reservation, so there's no waiting in line!
