diving with a difference Feb 20, 2009
This dive facility offers a different experience to the typical diving destinations.
Diving amongst kelp forest as experienced in the cold waters of Tasmania New Zealand or California, however the water seam to be a bit cooler a cool 9’c All diving is done in Neoprene dry suits, best of it they are in red color. You need to make your own way to the dive center which is not really a shop rather a base where dive gear is stored. There you’ll be suited up and then All the equipment is taken on to a “zodiac” for a drive on the channel to the dive spots, ‘lunch” is included in the trip which is more a sweet refreshing then savory which is great for me as I love sweets.. Lunch is consumed on the shores of a isle and diving is fairly unrestricted. The great thing Carlos takes you out even if you are alone and no one else with you same cost (150 US$ 2 dives including gear) even divers with no experience in dry suit diving he is looking after you well. Depth depends on location but about 20 m/ 60 feet – time..hmm I got a great first dive of 65 min below water as my buddy run low on air and I joined up the 2nd group, |
