Party however you like Jan 09, 2014
If you're coming to Ibiza to enjoy the nightlife, Ushuaia is the perfect place to stay. It is pricey, but the party is at your hotel - it's convenient. If you're looking for an inexpensive, quiet hotel this property isn't going to satisfy you.

My husband and I travelled to Ibiza in July 2013 for the first time and decided to stay here based upon a recommendation of a friend. The rooms vary. The larger rooms on the third floor (suites) are comfortable with ample natural light during the day. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The bathroom was large - enough space for two to move comfortably around in. Housekeeping does a thorough job of cleaning the room each day. The balconies are great - floors are synthetic (no splinters), although the one in our room could have used some maintenance (some broken boards). The quality and value of the room isn't adequate for the price charged, but you're paying for the shows/parties the hotel puts on every day. It is loud and the closer you are to the stage the louder it is. The rooms closer to the sea are a bit quieter.

The pool is nice, although we preferred to use the Tower's. I think that they closed the pool too early each day (before 3pm if I'm not mistaken) in order to prepare for the night's party. Another negative is that a gym isn't located on the premises. They have an agreement with another property and a gym is available for guests to use there, but that's not necessarily convenient.

The breakfast was included with our room rate and was excellent. There was a huge selection of foods - trying to cater to different regions of Europe, I suppose. From caviar and smoked salmon, to scrambled eggs with truffles, sauteed veggies and fresh fruit in the buffet, and prosseco, milk, fresh juices, and all types of coffee to an a la carte menu (no extra charge) - this was the widest selection of food I think I've ever seen offered during a breakfast service. We always took a couple of pieces of the fruit for a snack later on in the day.

If something wasn't included in our room rate, ie lunch, dinner, drinks, minibar - the prices did seem a little above average. We only used these services a couple of times. Lunch at the Beach Club restuarant is average; the food isn't outstanding. Service can be a bit slow. The ambience is fun, though - good energy, a nice view and typically good music are enjoyable. Mixed drinks and bottles were pricey, too. Buy some liquor or wine and enjoy it from your room.

We didn't have any issues checking in, although we arrived later in the afternoon. The front desk promptly assisted us and we were led to our room. The party had already started, so we had to weave around throngs of people, but it was expected. For the most part, we received solid service from the hotel staff. This is the frivolous, fun side of Ibiza - during the summer months expect to pay for it. We enjoyed our stay and would return. The party can be enjoyed from your room (in pjs if you wanted) or down on the ground amongst hundreds of other partiers - we appreciated that convenience.

Party Hotel Aug 18, 2013
This is definitely the place to stay if you like to party and do not care much for sleep. Upon getting our room assigned at registration, we were told that "we are not going to be getting any sleep". Of course this comment made me very excited since I came to Ibiza for one reason only, and that's to party! Directly outside our room is where famous DJ's such as Avicii and David Guetta play there best stuff while performers swing on trapeze like concoctions under blinding light shows, it's awesome. Sound check starts around 3-5pm (very loud) so considering you we're out until 8am you'll most likely still be sleeping. Party officially starts at 6pm and ends at 12. During this time the inside of your room is extremely loud and everything is vibrating, epic. If you're staying on the first floor near the main stage you'll most likely get people constantly bugging you about using your bathroom (good way to meet girls), and you'll get that occasionally drunk that will take it upon him/herself to wonder into your patio area (no biggy).

We had booked in advance but still very pricy compared to the rest of the places. The only benefit regarding value would be the ticket cost ($70) you save for the events held every night, but still doesn't make up for how much you pay for the hotel. All in all, great party hotel if you don't mind the lack of peace and quite.

Ushuaia Ibiza Jun 15, 2011
Ushuaia is a perfect place to stay, completely new (modern) rooms, often good parties at the pool side with good dj's and close to the good clubs and the better beach clubs of the island. At the oposite of club Space, within 10 minutes you can be at Salinas and Cala Jondal. The current pictures are not correct anymore. Everything is stylish and modern at the moment.

More than just a place to lay your head Jul 12, 2008
The Fiesta Club Playa D’en Bossa is an ideal spot for the adult Ibiza traveler looking for something more than just a place to sleep off a hangover. The resort caters specifically to adult travelers (few children present) and attempts to carry the Ibiza party vibe through the daylight hours. The resort employs an activities staff of approximately 10 people (all of whom are able to speak at least English, Spanish, German, Italian, and French) who will organize sports and contests during the day and evening shows. The resort has a large pool and is situated right on the beach (chairs are free by the pool, but are charged for on the beach). The pool was large and very busy most of the day, though not over-crowded. Most of the staff speaks English and the desk staff was relatively helpful as far as area information and transportation. The resort is across the street from Space Nightclub, which has caused other guests to complain about noise, but I never noticed any. The restaurant was buffet-style and had a decent selection of international foods, though I would have hoped for a bit more Spanish food. The resort also has an optional all-inclusive plan for those guests staying at least 7 days, and would definitely be advantageous.

Rooms are spacious (2 twin beds and 2 large sofas could easily sleep 4) and the bathrooms are newly renovated. The air conditioning is more than sufficient and the rooms include a balcony (however, this also seemed to mean the rooms had ants). Rooms are also equipped with TVs, hairdryers and a safe (for a charge). WiFi is not available, but computers are available in the lobby for a charge, but do not have printers.

Nice, affordable accomidations on the beach for those who like to party. Apr 21, 2008
It's nice to finally find a quality place that caters to a younger crowd that likes to party. It was an adult crowd so you didn't have to deal with children or families. The rooms were excellent and offered either a view of the central courtyard/pool or the Mediterranean. Each night the resort put on a show in the courtyard and lots of the guests came each out to watch. It provided an excellent backdrop for meeting other travelers. Most of the guests were from Germany, Austria, or neighboring countries. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed staying there and even extended my vacation to stay a couple of nights longer. The only thing I would have done differently was to pay for the all-inclusive option. We somehow never saw anything about that during the booking process and would have saved alot of money if we had gone all-inclusive.

Not alot of amenitites, but if you're concerned with amenities you probably aren't looking for a party hotel in Ibiza anyways.
