The must-visit stave church Jul 12, 2007
The church was built XXII century, and still stands in perfect condition.
Perfect example of an architecture of transition period between paganism and Christianity - combination of animal-ornamentation and christianity symbols is very interesting.  Part of the Norway 2007 travel blog
