When summer comes, Japanese people would like to eat a spitchcock to gain strength in the heat of summer. We searched an eel restaurant and decided to go to this Unagi Hozen. This restaurant seems to be very popular. They say that the owner-chef was trained in cooking in the most famous eel restaurant in Nagoya. I ate a hitsumabushi. Hitsumabushi is a local dish in Nagoya area. It is a cut spitchcock with spices like nori or chopped scallion. Pouring soup stock into them is also a good dish.
